ROOT TRAIL BUNGALOW
Problem:
In an 850 square foot structure originally built to house staffers in the 19th century nestled among the tiny homes that line Palm Beach’s oldest street, Root Trail Bungalow, restore, renovate, and modernize to express the full volume of the space while respecting its turn of the century charm.
Solution:
White molding and millwork provides an airy background for a fresh, summery color and material palette. Natural wicker, seagrass, and wood are accented with bright, graphic artwork to invoke feelings of sunny days ahead. Good things come in small packages.
