Problem:
SheltonMindel was responsible for the Interior Architecture, furnishings and fittings for this 229,553 sq. ft. project containing 61 luxury residential homes with 23 unique layouts.
Solution:
The design concept for this project took its inspiration from the family-centric location of the Upper East Side with the best cultural and educational institutions of NYC. The site has Central Park to its west with all the hustle and bustle of shopping and dining to the east. With this in mind, the homes were designed to suit young and growing cosmopolitan families with high ambitions and aspirations by providing them with a flexible and open-air layout that
can evolve as required.
